Most organizations have adopted generative AI to support their workforce and address business issues. This encompasses models such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. Another set of tools is Agentic AI. In both cases, the tools are being implemented and most organizations don’t have the proper controls implemented. This can lead to the loss of intellectual property, customer information and very sensitive information. This presentation will cover the issues associated with generative AI, the risks and how to address them.
