BruceJonesBruce Jones is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and is a Director for the Gates Volunteer Ambulance Service (GVAS). Previously Bruce was the CISO at Eastman Kodak Company where he had a very successful thirty-two year career in a variety of positions. As the Kodak CISO at Kodak, he was responsible for the IT risk management, IT policies, IT internal control standards and IT security architecture, compliance, eDiscovery, forensics and the Legal IT process. He was responsible for a global team of resources responsible for managing security, risk, compliance, investigations and eDiscovery.

Bruce is a proven global leader with over thirty-two years of international business experience in management, security, data privacy, compliance, forensics, ERP implementation, application development and support.

Bruce is active in the IT Security industry speaking at conferences and webinars, publishing articles on IT Security and risk management, serving as an industry advisor for the Rochester Institute of Technology Master’s Degree in Computing Security and as an active Board member on the Rochester Chapter of the FBI InfraGard group. Bruce has won numerous awards within the IT industry for his leadership and accomplishments in building and implementing a world-class security, risk and compliance program at Kodak. Bruce holds a BS Degree in computer science from Saint John Fisher College as well as numerous industry certifications. Bruce is an avid scuba diver and spends his spare time traveling with his wife to locations where he can spend time in the water scuba diving.
